The new Hague Power Slider enables you to upgrade your Hague Camslide, Glidetrack SD/HD or Igus camera slider to a motorized version. The Power Slider gives you much better control, creating much smoother camera movement than can be achieved by pushing the carriage by hand. The variable speed controller enables the camera to go smoothly from a still position up to a required speed by turning the control knob, the knob can then be turned back until the carriage comes to a stop at the required stop position.

This price is for the motorized control unit only, it does not include the rail or carriage.

The carriage is manufactured by Hague using the new Igus DryLin® W Hybrid Roller Bearings, these bearings have a roller bearing incorporated in the housing, plus a sleeve and require no lubrication. The Tripod Plate enables the Camslide to be fastened securely to the video head of the tripod as it gives the track a much larger seating area on the tripods camera plate, it also has mounting holes for both 1/4" and 3/8" camera screws which are supplied with most pro-tripods, and it has a hole for the camera plate's locating pin. Using both screws prevent the track from twisting. The Tripod Plate is recessed to lock it onto the track and is held by a single screw. The plate can be used in any of the holes in the track and is compatible with some of the other sliders on the market.
