Total Size 90 x 75 x 23mm. high. Camera Plate Size 90 x 40 x 12mm with both 3/8" and 1/4" camera screws with sprung video pin. The base plate has both 1/4" and 3/8" mounting threaded holes in the base.

The CT577 Quick Release Adaptor's camera plate is compatible with Manfrotto Video Heads 501/503/504/519/701HDV, plus all heads using this sized camera plate.
